Playboy Tik Tok

I served as the interim manager for Playboy's TikTok channel, overseeing a third-party creative team to drive channel growth and resolve content flags that were limiting account reach.

 

To support these objectives, I held weekly meetings to evaluate channel performance and content goals, and created content guidelines to steer our creative team's output.​

Channel Reporting ​

I created channel recaps for my meetings with Creatorly, Playboy's third-party consulting team. These recaps included performance metrics that helped us monitor our account health and optimize our content strategy effectively.

Management of a Creative Team ​

I provided content creators with creative guidelines and briefs that aligned with our current campaign themes, and facilitated product transfers to showcase new inventory on our channel.

I implemented strategic content briefs and posting schedules to effectively highlight Playboy's products and celebrate its rich pop culture legacy. To honor the brand's heritage, I tapped into Playboy's extensive content library, using it as a source of inspiration to enrich our content and enhance our feed.

Lovers Social

Between 2022 and 2025, I served as the Community Manager for Lovers Stores, a prominent sexual wellness retailer with 40 physical locations and an online store.

​

In this role, I managed the brand's social media strategy- crafting original content and building partnerships with like-minded brands and creators. I regularly analyzed channel performance to fine-tune our strategy and created digital campaigns that not only reflected our brand's values but also supported our overall business goals. It was a valuable experience that allowed me to connect with our community and promote a positive dialogue around sexual health.

I used influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and giveaways to amplify our content reach and drive traffic to our stores. By implementing a diverse content strategy that tapped into other brand followings, I created multiple avenues for customer engagement, ensuring our message resonated with a broad audience.

This fostered curiosity and sparked meaningful discussions among our following, positioning our brand as a trusted authority in sexual wellness. I ensured that all answers were FAQ checked and that our questions were answered orally within 24 hours.
