Lovers Influencer Program

As the Community Manager at Lovers, I oversaw the company's Digital Ambassador Program, where I identified potential influencer partners through thorough online research, content recommendations, and collaboration with third-party managers. During contract negotiations, I leveraged an influencer budget to define clear deliverables for creators and crafted detailed creative briefs for monthly reference.

 

By analyzing product performance data and inventory levels, I pinpointed specific products to feature each month, collaborating with the Buying and Shipping Teams to facilitate product transfers that aligned with our campaign objectives.

Top Performing Content

To ensure our influencer campaigns thrived, I strategically selected products that complemented each creator's unique style and brief. For instance, to explore high-value product placements on social media, I provided @che.che.luna—an eco-erotic artist and movement storyteller—with a portable dancer pole from our store. Che Che’s professional background and performance in our earlier campaigns made them an ideal partner for this collaboration. To enhance customer conversion, I also supplied Che Che with lingerie and accessories from our inventory, creating multiple pathways for engagement in their video. Aligned with International Whore’s Day, this campaign harmonized with our broader content strategy, resulting in an impressive 5,151 likes, 108 comments, 622 shares, and 97.7K views.

Gifting Iniatives 

Lovers Affiliate Program

Gifting initiatives are a wonderful way to foster community engagement, build trust with creators, and enhance customer loyalty. They can also lead to additional sales and referrals when creators utilize them in their content- though this is not guaranteed.

For the holiday season, I collaborated with Motom Agency & Anchor PR to supply over 110 giftboxes to participating Influencers and Affiliate Partners. Each participant received a branded PR box containing custom inserts and products from our private label collection. I spearheaded this project by managing outreach, budget, and product selection. I was also responsible for tracking participants, and facilitating product transfers to align with holiday timelines. As a result of this campaign, we saw a notable increase in account mentions and reposts, significantly enhancing our digital presence during the campaign season.
