Lovers Ambassador Program
The Lovers Brand Ambassador Program is an internal marketing initiative aimed at aligning over 300 retail associates with marketing and buying objectives, empowering them to connect with their local communities through compelling in-store events.
I developed and managed this program, which included a monthly retail zine, bi-monthly Ambassador meetings, and event support. To facilitate these activities, I created ten internal workshop curriculums, along with event playbooks and recaps tailored to our retail needs. Additionally, I produced training materials focused on acquiring new loyalty members, engaging local event partners, and organizing branded in-store experiences.

Event Swag​
For global events, which took place across 40 retail locations, we supplied event swag for Brand Ambassadors to leverage in their event promotion.
Educational Workshops​
I provided associates with workshop materials to support their in-store events, allowing them to tailor event entertainment to their communities specific interests.
Event Organization Guidelines​
I provided detailed instructions for our Brand Ambassadors to reference that included dress code expectations and event timelines.

Lovers Affiliate Program
The Lovers Affiliate Program enables creators to monetize their content while increasing Lovers brand visibility and social revenue.
Affiliates benefit from a 15% commission on successfully referred sales, as well as personalized promotional tools, free product, and insights into upcoming campaigns.

Promotional Content​
We promoted the program on our e-com landing page and social media accounts, in addition to inviting creators from our existing influencer network. Affiliates were provided with hashtags to unify our collaborations on social.
Personalized Product​
Affiliates had the opportunity to request products from our affiliate collection page and participate in holiday gifting campaigns. This encouraged creators to participate in the program and further optimize their content.
Welcome Kit​
I provided affiliate partners with a welcome packet which included content guidelines, program benefits, and sign up instructions, as well as curated content recommendations to inspire their work.
